Quality control begins before production. Every batch of key raw materials, including alloy steel such as S2, CR-V, and CR-MO, must be supported by a material test report. During production, we monitor forging, machining, assembly, surface treatment, and packaging to maintain stable product specifications.

Our in-house testing laboratory is equipped for hardness testing, torque testing, fatigue testing, and salt spray testing. Selected power tools are developed to meet UL and ETL requirements, while hand tools follow applicable ANSI standards for the North American market. Our production defect rate is controlled below 0.3%, and eligible products are covered by a two-year limited warranty.
If a confirmed manufacturing defect occurs, HandyRocky provides free replacement or a credit against the next order. In many cases, photo or video evidence is sufficient for initial evaluation, helping customers resolve quality issues quickly and efficiently.
